Black and white photography postcard depicting modernist skyscrapers in Gottwaldov (now Zlín), Czechoslovakia, depicting industrial urban development of the late 1940s. Shipped from Praha II on January 19, 1950 to Munich-Pasing, Bavaria, Germany. The reverse features three Czechoslovak stamps including a 50h portrait stamp P.G. Hviezdoslav and two other denominations (1Kcs and 1.50), with detailed handwritten German text. Excellent condition for an early Communist era postcard, appealing to collectors of Eastern European postal history and modernist architecture.
