14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition.

Eligible Returns

• Unused mint stamps with original gum intact
• Used stamps in the exact condition as described
• First Day Covers with no damage or wear
• Year sets in original packaging

Non-Eligible Returns

• Items damaged due to improper handling
• Stamps removed from protective sleeves without authorization
• Custom orders or special requests
• Items purchased during final sale promotions (marked as non-refundable)

Return Process

1. Contact us at northcyprusphilately@gmail.com within 14 days
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Pack items securely using original packaging if possible
5. Ship via registered mail with tracking number
6. Receive full refund within 5-7 business days after inspection

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

Authenticity Guarantee

All our stamps are guaranteed authentic. If you discover any item is not genuine, we will provide a full refund plus shipping costs, no questions asked.
